Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive as part of our service. This could affect your bill and depends on the terms set by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

To discontinue receiving messages from Barnes Solutions, you can reply "STOP" to any of our messages at any time. This will unsubscribe you from our SMS communications.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Barnes Solutions LLC are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital services, time allocation, resource planning, and backend preparation begin immediately upon purchase. Once a subscription is activated, the Client acknowledges that Barnes Solutions LLC incurs internal costs and reserves capacity for the Client’s project.

As such, no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.

In certain cases, Barnes Solutions LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer account credits in place of a refund.

Subscription & Billing

By enrolling in our services, the Client agrees to recurring monthly billing unless otherwise stated.

Billing will continue automatically until the Client cancels their subscription. Failure to use the service or complete onboarding does not pause or cancel billing.

It is the Client’s responsibility to manage their subscription and request cancellation if desired.

Client Onboarding & Participation

The Client is responsible for completing all required onboarding materials, including forms, content submissions, and communication necessary to begin and complete the project.

Delays caused by the Client, including failure to submit onboarding information, do not delay, pause, or negate billing obligations.

Barnes Solutions LLC is not responsible for project delays resulting from lack of Client participation.

Project Initiation

Work on all projects begins immediately upon payment and account activation. This includes but is not limited to internal planning, system setup, resource allocation, and project preparation.

The Client acknowledges that these actions constitute billable work, regardless of whether visible progress has been delivered.

Account Credits

In situations where a refund is not applicable, Barnes Solutions LLC may offer account credits at its sole discretion.

Credits may be applied toward future services and are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

The Client agrees to contact Barnes Solutions LLC to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in immediate suspension of services and potential legal action to recover funds, including any associated fees.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
